Initially, Kyle took us out to view a house for sale as a quick favor. We were lukewarm about moving, but wanted to see a very specific house. While the property was fantastic, at the time it was wildly overpriced against the comparative properties and we passed. Based on our preferences, Kyle took us to a smaller builder’s new construction model and it was amazing. We did our due diligence and visited other builders, but nothing compared to the first. Kyle counseled us on the available neighborhoods, worked with the builder to locate the best available lot, assisted with picking out options to the floor plan (with reference to this, he was right and I was wrong), and assisted with interior design aspects. We were all in, wrote a contract and could not be happier.

 

Working up to the listing of our current home, Kyle greatly assisted us by recommending improvements and had a list of contractors at the ready to assist. Kyle provided a list of realistic comparative homes that had recently sold which ended up being the building block for our house to price and ultimately sell. Additionally, Kyle scheduled a wonderful photographer who captured our home looking like we just walked in on day one. Furthermore, upon listing, Kyle worked intently with the bidding Realtors/buyers fielding multiple offers and ultimately secured a ratified contract within 4 days of the listing. Finally, Kyle was able to thread the needle with the timing for us and secure a rent back of our now old home until the closing on our new construction.

 

In the final weeks leading up to the move to the new house, Kyle kept a pulse on the new construction progress with the builder and was always available for calming communication with regard to any issues that arose.
