You can't go wrong with choosing Kyle Davis as your realtor. With Kyle you get far more than any typical realtor. On building our new construction dream home, Kyle found the perfect neighborhood for us. We had any lot to choose from and enjoyed all of the amazing incentives available to early buyers in a brand new neighborhood. Kyle genuinely wanted to be involved in assisting us in picking out everything from hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets to paint colors post-closing. Kyle even worked with us to design a deck, patio and landscaping in our new backyard. He truly has an amazing eye for style, is very creative and has great taste. Any question we had along the way, he was there to answer and assist. Kyle has true passion for his work and poured his heart into working with us to ensure our new house would be a home we would love for years to come!
When selling or current home, Kyle was able to guide us along the way in terms of setting realistic expectations for us, understanding the market, getting the house ready for sale, staging the home, and most importantly pricing the home to sell in less than 1 day in the middle of January. I could not have hoped for a more professional, talented, and creative agent to sell our home and buy our new home. We have worked with Kyle for 2 home sales and 2 home purchases over the last 15 years. I have referred Kyle to many friends over this span and will continue to do so for years to come!

When you choose Kyle Davis as your Realtor, you have made the best decision of your life!? Not only are you getting a realtor, but you are getting an adviser and a designer as well.
The process of purchasing our new home and remodeling and selling our old home, was very stressful for us. Kyle was there for us the entire way. He advised us on what new buyers want now in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring types, paint colors and so many other things, it would take me the rest of the page to name them all. He spent endless hours on the internet looking for the perfect appliances, light fixtures, flooring, etc to help us purchase the best product for our home. He even accompanied us to home improvement stores to pick out fixtures, mirrors and many other things we needed. He did so many other things for us that they are too numerous to mention.
During the process of purchasing our new home, he was phenomenal. He was there for the contract signing and did an outstanding job explaining to us all of the confusing clauses in the contract. His sense of design is exquisite. He went with us to our 8 hour design center appointment and guided us in choosing the options for our new home, from the flooring to the ceiling molding. We never could have done this without him as it is so overwhelming. He was there at our new house during the walkthroughs and saw a number of problems we overlooked and pointed them out to the construction supervisor that needed to be fixed before we moved in.
As for selling our old home, he put it on the market, advertised it and had an open house with professional pictures in a beautiful book outlining all of the features that were included in our home. There were a total of 34 families that came through our open house and 10 days later our house sold for full asking price! You can't beat that. Anyone would be really foolish not to use Kyle as their realtor.
