You can't go wrong with choosing Kyle Davis as your realtor.  With Kyle you get far more than any typical realtor.  On building our new construction dream home, Kyle found the perfect neighborhood for us. We had any lot to choose from and enjoyed all of the amazing incentives available to early buyers in a brand new neighborhood. Kyle genuinely wanted to be involved in assisting us in picking out everything from hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets to paint colors post-closing.  Kyle even worked with us to design a deck, patio and landscaping in our new backyard.  He truly has an amazing eye for style, is very creative and has great taste.  Any question we had along the way, he was there to answer and assist.  Kyle has true passion for his work and poured his heart into working with us to ensure our new house would be a home we would love for years to come!

When selling or current home, Kyle was able to guide us along the way in terms of setting realistic expectations for us, understanding the market, getting the house ready for sale, staging the home, and most importantly pricing the home to sell in less than 1 day in the middle of January.  I could not have hoped for a more professional, talented, and creative agent to sell our home and buy our new home.  We have worked with Kyle for 2 home sales and 2 home purchases over the last 15 years.
