it for sale, and Kyle evaluated what needed to be done, quickly assessed the best way to
update our home, helped us get good contractors, spent a lot of time helping us with design
choices (online as well as joining me at a home store to pick out bathroom tiles and fixtures),
and was very responsive with all our questions and concerns. He has an incredible eye for
detail, and pointed out some items we never would have noticed ourselves. Since I have zero
